My rank JEE Main is 1964 and my BITSAT score is 390 and JEE Advanced marks are 170.which is best collage for me if I want to take CSE.

Well be assured that the top 20 percentile would be announced way before the counselling for any college such as JOSAA, MHT CET etc starts.

Also, if your score is more than 75% then you need not worry about the top 20 percentile.

In jee advance 2019 I have answered a question as "2" instead of 2.00 and 8.1 answer is 8.12 .Not written upto 2 decimal will I get marks

Dear Aspirant, the cut off marks for of jee advanced is changing in every year so it can not be marked that what is the cut off marks for this examination. And every nit and iit has their own marks to join that college.

If your marks is even 1 mark below the cutoff marks even then also you won't be qualified for admission in IITs for engineering course.Wait for the final result announcement to get more information.

If this year the jee advanced marks distribution along with the rank pattern follows that of jee advanced 2016 then your rank will lie between 6000-7000 all India rank. This year the rank vs marks distribution may become similar to that of jee advanced 2016.

Ranks cannot be decided from now.

Ranks vs marks comparison is very difficult and fluctuates from year to year. So i would suggest you to wait till the results are out because these rank predictors are not always correct.
