No such predictions can be guaranteed that this year JEE Advanced OBC category cutoff will decrease. It is so because there is no drastic change in the standard of questions or the number of students appearing. Hence, it will be better to assume that cutoff will be around

For JEE MAIN you get three attempts which is counting your 12th standard passing year as well. So for example if you are passing this year then you can appear for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

If you rank is 348 in jee advanced 2019 then may be you will get cs branch (4 year program ) but you will definitely get cs (5 year program) in IIT KHARAGPUR.I am saying on the basis of previous year opening and closing ranks.
