Well based upon tyour Jee advance score, your category and the ranks of previous two years your rank will be somewhere between 13,000 to 19,000.

The pre decided cutoff for EWS category is 31.5%. So it crossponds to 117 marks. Sonce you have 108 marks you may not qualify jee advanced. And qualifying jee advanced does not mean that you will get IITs. You need good rank to be in IITs.
