If you do not clear the category wise cutoff then you will not get any rank (general or category rank) and if you do not get any rank then you are not eligible to get any IIT.For getting the IIT your category rank should be less than 10000.

First you all you should know that in IIT there is no degree related to B.sc .In IIT Bachelor degree is B.TECH AND B.S (4 Years). According  to your marks you will clear the cutoff only .If your category rank is under 10000 then you will get IIT.For
