In JEE ADVANCED there is no such  rule that if you score 60% then you will get rank under 1000. First of all you must note everything depends on the difficulty level of paper, marking schemes etc. In year 2015 difficulty level of the paper was slightly lower than 2018

I think your rank would be 15000 to 20000. If you are in general category, I am sorry to say you that you cant get any good IITs and any good stream. As per my knowledge, you can get food or printing in IITs.

According to JEE Advanced 2018 cutoff marks the minimum aggregate marks required for SC candidates was 45 marks. And according to JEE Advanced 2017 cutoffs it was 64 marks. And for 2016 JEE Advanced it was 38 amrks. so considering the above three years cutoffs your expected cutoff
