if we look at the previous years data of colleges getting alloted through JEE ADVANCED all india ranks, for a rank of 2337 in SC Category, you can think of getting the following IITs in the couceling

• IIT MADRAS (BIOLOGICAL)
• IIT Kharagpur (Architecture)
• IIT ROORKEE (ARCHITECTURE)

With OBC-NCL rank of 5900 in JEE Advanced I think there is very less chance of getting new IITs(no chance for older IITs). If the seat capacity increases, there will be increase in the chance, otherwise you can try for IISTs, etc or good NITs using your JEE

I am sorry to say but with 2982 SC Category rank in JEE Advanced, you can't get a seat in any of IITs because the closing rank for SC Category is around 2100-2200.
You can try by girls quota if you are one.
