IITs evaluate the paper with their own answer key and not by any of coaching from where you have tally your answer.

Generally answers of every coaching vary, their answers may be wrong.

So this is the reason for difference in your actual marks and excepted one. Hope

According to your category rank ,you can get admission in IITs but not in your preferred course.Try till the last round of counselling for upgradation of the course.Good luck.
