Taking into account your JEE Advanced rank and considering the fact that you are a ST category candidate,  you should be able to get admission in some IIT with this rank. You will have to compromise with branch that you will get.

The minimum qualifying marks in jee advanced 2019 for OBC category are 22.5 percent of the maximum marks which will be 84 as the maximum marks are 372. Apart from the total aggregate cut off you need to also qualify the subjevtwise cut off for each paper in jee advanced
