You may get NIT depending upon the rank you secured in JEE main. With this rank, you may not a seat in Mechanical Engineering in any IITs according to last year's cut off. As far as jee advance is concerned the rank is too much to get admitted to any IIT. But you can check out the cutoff for the different institute which offers course on the basis of JEE advance scores like the RGIPT, IIPE,IISC, etc.

Based on your rank in JEE Advance i.e 15000, it is not possible to get Civil Engineering in any of the IIT based on the previous year's rank trends. But you can choose some of the course which you may get on considering the previous year's rank trends.
