You won't be able to get any IIT with CS branch or maybe no other branch too. However, if you are interested in computer science you could get into following IIITs:-

• Indian Institute of Information Technology Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli
• Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management

            Congratulations on your JEE Advanced score. According to previous year counselling results, you may not get CSE in the top IITs. But you may try for CSE in other lower IITs like Patna, Pallakad etc. But it will be better to get another course in the top IITs.

Hi ! No you can't get admission in IIT with this rank. Minimum rank you should get to remain in the competition is 11,000 rank. Even in case of vacancy or in extended cutoff you will not get a seat. It is so because the total seats in IIITS are

I suppose that you have been disqualified and so your results have been discarded.

Further, you may mail the JEE advance examination council for the same and confirm your disqualification. Now, you will not be considered as advance attempted candidate.
