If you want to learn from online app or website than you can prfer online lecture and test series of any renowned online institution for jee mains.If you don't want to invest on that than you can go for application like Byjus or Unacademy app.They are very useful.You

Yes you can give jee in 2020 but can only give the jee mains exam. Even if you qualify for advanced you cannot give advanced
No you can't it can be given two consecutive times a year and you can give it just after 12+1 and not after that whether you have attempted last year or not. I would suggest you to go for another exams or mains only but for advanced you are not
