Yes you can give jee advanced through your improvement marksheet. That is why most of the students opt for improvement, to improve their 12th marks to qualify for the top 20 Percentile.

hey,
there is no pass marks mentioned in latest notification. after the exam has over, cut off score will be declared by iits for admission process. however according to previous years getting 70% marks in jee main paper 2 has fair chances to admission in iits.
