if a student will going to give compartment exam 2020 in cbse board and also crack jee advance exam in 2020. is he able to take admission in iit after compartment exam in current year.

Hi there,

First of all one need to score 75% to get admission in IITs. So if you can get your marksheet before taking admission in the IITs then yes you can get admission. Unless you need to wait for a year.

Hello Nayan Jagtap, the condition for admission in IIT's, NIT's, IIIT's and GFTI's are that
you should get at least 75 % in 12 board
or you have to be in top 20% students of your board
if you qualify any of the above criteria then you are eligible for

This is a very good rank and let me know you that the admission in iist is depend upon the number of students who apply for admission and their marks.

According to the last year the cut offs goes to the 34 % of marks in jee advanced.

70 percentile in jee mains is good for sc category u will be qualify for giving jee advance
But it is not necessary to get good college.

Hello Aspirant.

As you've mentioned that you've scored 60.75 percentile in JEE main Examination and belong to SC category then at this percentile you're qualified to attempt JEE advanced as the cut-off for sc category is supposed to be around 54-54.5 percentile.

For jee advance you need 75% or be in top 20percentile in your respective board of class 12th

For general category-75%  in bourd is required for SC/ST-65%  &  for OBC min 70% is required.
I also give 12th improvement from BSEB in 2019 & got 70%
