yes definitely you can take admission in IIT college as you have maths in your 11th and 12th class as a compulsory subject.
because for taking admission in any b.tech college you should have maths as you compulsory subject with physics and chemistry.

Actually you have not mentioned in which college you want to get admission. So it is quite difficult for us to tell about that. But in general as to have in total 62% marks in aggregate and 40 6.5% marks in PCB you may not get good government
