You have very low chances for admission in IIIT Hyderabad. It doesn't have reservations for OBC and selection is made on general rank only. The last year closing rank for IIIT H was 2845 for ECE and 1187 for CSE.

According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting IIT Indore but only with Electrical Branch according to previous year's cut-off and for IIT Roorkee you cannot get any of the preferred branches. As we go through previous year's
