See your eligibility for JEE-Advance is not determined by your rank in JEE-Main instead it is determined by the percentile you scored in your JEE-Main final result. As we know that NTA released the cut-offs for different categories so it is also described below :-

JEE Advanced can be attempted a maximum of two times in two consecutive years by the candidates. The candidates should have appeared for 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination in 2019 or 2020, for the first time.

In JEE ADVANCED integer type queations are taken as one number like 0 to 9,no fractional answers are accepted. In numerical type questions one can have fractional ans. as they accept 2 digit after decimal.

If u qualified jee main then u can give her advanced exam it is the rule given by IITs. But there is a problem on this 2020 year that in ews category IITs said that only 25000 candidates are eligible to give advanced exam and the cut off is 70

jee advanced is conducted only to get admissions in IITs and iisc and no other colleges consider jee advanced scores so you have to use jee mains ranking to get into some college .there are also some colleges which takes admissions based upon jee mains marks +board percentile
