I have written the JEE ADVANCE response sheet can you show me the result

Akansha Sharma 23rd May, 2025

I can’t directly show your JEE Advanced result from your response sheet, but here’s what you can do: After the exam, the official JEE Advanced website releases the answer key and response sheets. You can check your response sheet to see which answers you marked. Once the official results are announced (usually a few weeks after the exam), you can log in on the JEE Advanced website using your credentials to see your score and rank. Keep an eye on the official site for updates!

if a person in intermediate 1st year student failed in maths 1b and cleared it in advance supplementary and in second she scored 880 marks in second yers and in jee advanced they got 400 above marks they she /he can get admission in iit college

kumardurgesh1802 20th May, 2025

Hello there,

Yes, the person can still get admission in an IIT if they meet the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria and score well enough in the exam.

Key points:

  1. Intermediate (Class 12) passing status: Clearing Maths 1B in advanced supplementary means they passed the subject, so the academic eligibility is met.

  2. JEE Advanced marks: Scoring 400+ in JEE Advanced is a good score and can help secure admission depending on the branch and category.

  3. Other eligibility criteria: The candidate must also satisfy age limit, number of attempts, and other rules set by IITs.

So, if all criteria are met and the rank is good, admission to an IIT is possible despite the initial failure in Maths 1B.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

If I join IIT madras bs degree this year this year is my first attempt for jee advance then will I be eligible to give jee advance 2nd attempt next year

gopi 20th May, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

If you get admitted into the B.S. program at IIT Madras this year and this year happens to be your first JEE Advanced attempt, then yes, you will remain eligible to take JEE Advanced again next year if you satisfy the other eligibility norms laid down by the conducting authorities of the exam. The important thing is that the candidate gets two chances at JEE Advanced at the most, and these chances have to come within two successive years from the year when they first appeared for the test. Since you are trying for the first time, you have one chance remaining for the next year.

But once you are admitted into an IIT undergraduate course, you cannot sit for JEE Advanced again to get into the same course. But if you are interested in a different course or a double degree (such as B.Tech + M.Tech), you may want to look up the particular rules from the JEE Advanced official website or the IITs.

aakash or vedantu for jee advanced preparation?pls answer.

vinayak Ramachandran 19th May, 2025

Hey! If you're choosing between Aakash and Vedantu for JEE Advanced, Aakash is often considered the better option overall—especially for its strong track record, experienced faculty, and structured approach. Their regular test series, doubt-clearing sessions, and detailed study material give a solid foundation for both JEE Main and Advanced. If you’re okay with a more rigid schedule and possibly higher fees, Aakash gives excellent results year after year. That said, Vedantu is still great for flexible learning at home. But for serious JEE Advanced prep, Aakash usually stands out as the stronger choice.

how much marks a general pwd candidate requires in jee advanced to get iit madras cse program

Devanshi Goyal 17th May, 2025

HELLO,

If you are a General category student with PwD (Persons with Disabilities) status and you want to get into Computer Science (CSE) at IIT Madras you will usually need a rank around 4 in the PwD category.

To get that kind of rank, you should aim for at least 95 marks or more in JEE Advanced. The exact marks needed can change each year depending on how difficult the paper is and how other students perform.

Since CSE at IIT Madras is one of the top choices even in the PwD category the competition is still tough though not as high as in the general category.

How many noumbar of 12th bord exam for colifayr years jee advanced

Mayumi DAS 7th May, 2025

To appear for JEE Advanced , candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria regarding their 12th board exam . Specifically, the criteria for the number of attempts in JEE Advanced are based on the year of passing the 12th exam .

Here’s the relevant information:

Number of Attempts for JEE Advanced:

  1. First Attempt :

    • A candidate must have passed their 12th exam (or equivalent) in the year of appearing for JEE Advanced or the previous year.

    • For example, if you are appearing for JEE Advanced 2025 , you must have cleared your 12th exam in 2024 or 2025 .

  2. Maximum Attempts :

    • A candidate can appear for JEE Advanced a maximum of 2 times in consecutive years.

    • This means if you have already appeared for JEE Advanced in the previous year , you can attempt it once more the following year.

Example:

  • If you clear your 12th exam in 2025 , you will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2025 and JEE Advanced 2026 (if you meet other eligibility criteria).

  • If you miss JEE Advanced 2025 , you can still appear in 2026 as long as it’s within your 2-year window after passing the 12th exam.

Important Points:

  • Your 12th board exam marks (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) will be considered for determining eligibility and ranking in JEE Main .

  • JEE Advanced eligibility depends on your JEE Main rank and meeting the cutoffs as well as other criteria like age, nationality, and more.

Akansha Sharma 11th May, 2025

The registration for JEE Advanced 2025 has already concluded, with the last date being May 2, 2025. Since you haven't registered yet, you won't be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced this year. However, if you're interested in pursuing a B.Arch program, you can consider the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT), which is conducted after JEE Advanced. The AAT 2025 registration will be from June 2 to June 3, 2025, and the exam will be held on June 5, 2025. AAT is only for candidates who qualify JEE Advanced.

I want easy chapters for prepare jee advanced 2025

Akansha Sharma 11th May, 2025

For JEE Advanced 2025 preparation, focus on some relatively easier chapters to build your confidence. In Physics, you can start with Optics, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermodynamics, as they are more manageable compared to other topics. In Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, especially reactions and functional groups, is easier to grasp. You can also focus on Basic Inorganic Chemistry and Surface Chemistry. In Mathematics, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Integral Calculus are usually less complex and will help strengthen your basics. Once you’re comfortable, gradually move to tougher chapters while practicing and revising regularly.

I havent opted obc ncl in jee mains can I opte in jee advance

Akansha Sharma 11th May, 2025

No, you cannot opt for OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer) reservation in JEE Advanced 2025 if you didn't choose it during your JEE Main registration. According to the official guidelines, the category selected during JEE Main registration cannot be changed for JEE Advanced. So, you will be considered under the General (GEN) category for JEE Advanced 2025, even if you qualify for the OBC-NCL category.
