Unfortunately not, because according to the norms for JEE-Advance only two consecutive years are allowed for appearing in JEE-Advance whether you have appeared in first attempt or not. So in your case as you have passed your class-12th in 2020 then you are only eligible for JEE-Advance 2020

You need not to know the basics about IIT. To get good rank in JEE Advanced, first of all you need to clear JEE Mains. For preparation of both these exams, you can start from now only as you are in Intermediate 1st year. Start will clearing your concepts.
