If you are from Unreserved category you have the opportunity to get seat in petroleum engineering at IIT Dhanbad. As last year cutoff in petroleum engineering here was around 8000. You could have also get branches like Mining Engineering, Mineral Engineering and even Mechanical Engineering.

According to your query, it has not been mentioned till now that the 75% criteria would be relaxed or not in jee 2021. So, i would recommend you to not take any risk as it has not been mentioned and by next year the pandemic would generally stabilize.
