No, it is not allowed. If you want to give JEE Advanced in specific year, you have to give JEE Mains exams in that year. If you have qualified JEE Mains in 2021, i suggest you to give advanced in 2021 only. Next year, you may or may not be

As per the revised JEE Main eligibility criteria 2021, 75% of criteria is removed. For NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs Admission, Candidates just need to pass class 12 irrespective of percentage. That means, if you have qualified for JEE Mains 2021 then you are eligible to give JEE Advance exam irrespective

Since the certificate you uploaded was invalid according to their guidelines i.e to be issued on or after April 2021 and there is no way you can change it The best thing is get in touch with them they will take the final call. They will verify the documents
