I have qualified jee main with 89 percentile , gen Ews . I am eligible for jee advanced . If i qualify jee advanced , can i get IIT even if my jee main percentile is low ?

Hello Aspirant,

First of all you are definitely qualified for JEE-Advance and secondly admission chances in any of the IITs are solely depends upon the JEE-Advance rank, JEE-Main percentile does not affect it.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2021 result so now it is clear that

Hi there,

Unfortunately you can not apply for jee advance exam because the cut off for the general Category this year was 87+ percentile.

Hence you are not eligible to fill the form this year.

If you are fresher then try next year and try to score something around 98+

The difficulty level of achieving any set marks is totally dependent on your preparation.

If you fundamentals are strong and you have practiced previous years question papers then you can easily get the required marks or even better. But you need to work hard for that.

I passed class 10th in 2017 and appeared for class 12 cbse and unfortunitly unable to cross the cutoff of 75% so I reagain appeared for 12th from bseb Board and gave 1st time jee advance in 2020. Am I eligible for jee 2021

See if you have given the BSEB board class 12th examination in all the subject and you use it as a reference of graduating from high school, then you are eligible for the JEE Advanced 2021 as the eligibility for the JEE ADVANCED is that one can apply only two

I fiii general category at the time of filling jee mains and mht cet form but now I got my ews certificate.Can I change my category now in jee advance as I scored 75 percentile in jee mains .And also at the time of filling cap round form .

Hi there,

No according to me once you have filled the form as an general category student in the jee mains then during the time of jee advance all your credentials are taken the same , so you can't change it now you will have to appear as the same

can i upload class 12 cbse 2021 result pdf in the place of 12th marksheet option in JEE ADVANCE 2021 registrations because 12th marksheet is not available yet? It is also not available on digilocker.

Yes you can upload the digitally signed marksheet off class 12th in JEE-Advance 2021 registration form.

After the declaration of JEE-Main 2021 results the JEE-Advance 2021 registration portal got active on the evening of September 15th 2021 and last date to register for it is September 20th 2021.
