Yes, both the papers are taken into consideration while calculating the cutoff scores. In JEE Advanced you need to clear two cutoffs to qualify the exam :
1) You need to clear the overall cutoff which generally lies around 30 percent of the total marks , last year
As per the qualifying criteria for JEE Advanced (2020) for a GEN-EWS Candidate you need to have minimum of 62 marks in total with minimum of 5 marks in each subject. If you meet this criteria then you have qualified JEE Advanced exam.
