Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research Aptitude Test
IISER would be a very good option if you are interested in pure sciences and I really think if you want BS you need not go abroad. IISER and IISC would be really good. The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research ( IISERs ), are a group of premier science education and research institutes in India. These institutions have been declared by an Act of Parliament as institutions of national importance , and are intended to be the leading institutes in the country in the field of basic sciences.
the concerned board releases the top students' list you can check through that if not possible you can write it to the chairman with a feasible reason and ask for the rank list.
if all the above fails just file an RTI application all will be done all
the best !!!!!!!!!
The IISERs are among India's top engineering institutions. The BS-MS Programme is for 5 years which is basically a very good option for students who want to grow as a scientist in their life. Apart from being a scientist:
1) jobs in private sectors ( MNC's like google, facebook, Philips etc)
2) Civil Services (IAS, PCS etc)
3) research and development
4) other govt sectors ( railways, income tax etc)
5) banking
6) Since it is a research course there are plenty of opportunities in abroad
7) work as a teacher/professor
8) can go for Ph.D
Note: Since this course is research oriented so the career opportunities are endless.
