Yes, there are no exam centers for IISER Aptitude Test 2022 in Bihar. Indian Institute of Science Education and Research will release the IISER 2022 application form soon at the official website. As IISER 2022 admission will be done on the basis of three channels- SCB, KVPY and JEE Advanced; different application forms will be released for each channel. IISER Thiruvananthapuram's Joint Action Committee releases the merit list and cutoff for IISER admissions in 2022. Candidates can also examine the IISER 2022 merit list and cutoff on the organization's official website. By checking in to the portal with their registered email and password, aspirants will be able to see the IISER merit list 2022. To get addmission in IISER, applicants of general/OBC category must need to score 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade and candidates of SC/ ST / PWD must score atleast 55% for in any recognized board. Just upload the copy or the e print of provisional mark sheet as rules by authorities But you would require the original mark sheet at the time of counselling. If in any case you couldn’t get mark sheet even at the time of the counselling, just contact the respective authorities.

IISER stands for Indian Institute for Science Education and Research. It is a research intensive training institute. Unlike the IITs they do not offer engineering courses and only offer natural sciences courses. Although they offer admission based on JEE Advanced in their 4 year natural sciences undergraduate degree programs, they also conduct their own test to admit students in their dual degree programs which is a 5 year long programme. To be eligible for admission via the IIT-JEE (Advanced) channel, candidates must have secured a rank within 15000 in the common rank list (for candidates belonging to GEN/OBC categories) or in the respective category rank lists (for candidates belonging to GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD categories) of JEE(Advanced). Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable. The cut-off marks in (10+2) as eligibility for admissions is: 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and OBC-NCL categories and 55% for SC/ST/PWD in any recognized board.

So, you can see that you are eligible for taking into admission under the OBC category, but in the last allotment.
