There is no such degree in any college. There is aeronautical engineering degree provided in many colleges across India. In 4 year long degree, you will get this as any domain or a subject for sure.

You won't find this as a separate degree. So you have to take

• BITS Pilani
• DTU
• Jadavpur University.
• BITS MESRA

You have to be in final year to write the entrance test ie apply for  IIIT Delhi .

So start preparing for it  but it's only for those who are in fourth year .

IIIT Delhi is a very good institute with excellent placements for postgraduates.

So work hard 

IIIT Hyderabad is an autonomous university and is thus free to choose its own means of admission. It's undergraduate admissions are carried out directly by the institute and the institute clearly states that it has no other companies providing indirect admission services. JoSAA is thus not involved in their admission

For getting into an IIIT you need to appear in JEE - Main and score a good rank in it. You have not mentioned in which exam you have mentioned 86 percentile if it is JEE - Main you need a better rank for getting admission in IIIT
