The ACPC conducts counselling for allotting 100% of available seats in government/government aided institutes while only 75% of available seats in self financed colleges is filled by ACPC. Candidates who clears the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2019 can take part in counselling and seat allotment process of both the category of colleges. pgcet is a post graduate entrance exam . It offers various post graduate degree entries like MTech , M.arch And ME. 

You may get the books from any branch students who pursued thier BTech from civil or electrical sciences to prepare for this exam . 

However this is an exam equivalent to GATE entrance exam , so you can prepare from gate prepartion book . 

You may look into the syllabus and go on reading the topics on internet .

 You might have sent for scrutiny so when the results come then only you would be declared as passed. Until unless you hold that record you need to state as appearing only. However scrutiny results would be soon out and so just wait for it. This is a normal problem and must not worry.

You can register for Karnataka pgcet exam by visiting the its official website but unfortunately the registration has been closed the last date was 13 June.
