As it will be held approximately in 20 cities for getting admission in up top college so around 10000 to 15000 apply as per my knowledge but exam is quite simple too
The cutoff trend of last year for each subject for each category is given below:-
General- 15-17
OBC- 12-15
SC- 2-10
ST- 6-8

Entropy is basically an increase in randomness of a system. In other words, an increase in entropy suggests that your ability to predict behavior of the particles involved is decreasing.
At 373K (during evaporation), the energy absorbed by water molecules is used up to break intermolecular bonds and hydrogen bonds. So, the particles dont really start moving more randomly. Hence, the change in randomness, or entropy, is zero.
