With the score of 421 out of thousand, I would recommend you to look for state engineering colleges rather than NITs because there almost no chances

Hi Kapil, the cutoff varies every year based on the various factors like number of seats available, number of test takers, difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the past records, some of the colleges you can get are, 

1) IIT Guwahati

2) IIT Hyderabad

3) IIT Patna
