as per the previous year cutoff and score you have good chances to get mtech in iit guwahati. however every year cutoff changes so it is difficult to give sureity. and there is also MS programme in iit guwahai which is of 3 years and need lower gate

If you are in GEneral category or even OBC's category then it will be really tough to get NIT's for Mtech. To get into NIT's for Mtech you must have a GATE score of above 550 at least.
