See minimum cutoff for CCMT 2019 is the qualifying score for GATE in EE stream which is 35.6 as you belongs to OBC category. As you qualify the GATE exam it means you are eligible for CCMT. You may have some chance if you attend process till last

According to your mentioned GATE score it is difficult to get NIT as per previous year cutoff. But, there may be some chances if you attend all the round but not much sure its possibility.
