Since you haven't mentioned your category so I assume it is general. Unfortunately according to previous years cutoff records your chances of getting an IIT is low. Since general category cutoffs are usually much higher even in new IITs.

You can however check your chances of getting into

IITs like-mumbai,

NITs-jaipur, surat, silchar,bhopal,patna, surat,agartalla,hamirpur,  calicut.

These were some good IITs and NITs. You can also get some other colleges.

As per youe score in GATE 2019 to get PSU is difficult. Generally in mechanical the total score should be above 800 for OBC category.
