You have to attend counselling, Because you might have chances that you will get college in 4 round of counselling

Gate score of 373 is relatively low in any discipline of engineering(as you have not mentioned your discipline) for general category.But there are state governmrnt colleges in every state which intakes MTech students based on gate score.I believe you should for state governmnet colleges and some private universities

Hello Arun, you have a pretty decent rank with this much of rank you are eligible for most of the colleges out there, though you might not be able to land yourself in top tier government college. But surely you can try your luck on private universities. Hope this helps!!!
