for admission in M.Tech courses you need to attempt you need to attempt GATE examination.if not GATE examination then you have to attemt the entrance exam conducted by particular institutions.

you can do M Tech and PHD. There is no mention of age limit for these courses in IITS. I have gone through their admission Bulletin. I am planning to do M Tech from IITs @47
