NIT SILCHAR
NIT MIZORAM
and many other north Eastern NITs
No you can definitely get admission in nits in instrumentation department or other departments related to this.You will get good chances for placements.Placement records are also good in nits.You can check those from their websites and by that you can clear your misconception. Best of luck.
