Hello,
Gor every engineering colleges through comedk, fees is more than 1 kakh per annum.And at this rank it's too difficult to get admission in top colleges for CSE branch but you can try for colleges like Acharya,Nittie meenakshi,BMSIT,DSATM,etc.

Candidates are required to deposit a sum of Rs 55,000 at the time of seat allotment and remaining tuition fee at the college level when they get admitted.The Demand Draft should be drawn only on the approved Banks in favor of COMEDK and indicating the Test Admission Ticket Number

Hello Ayush,

B.tech is undergraduate degree which gets completed in 4 years. If student completed 12th in 2019 and join college in the same year than complete his/her b.tech in 2024 and will get placement in same year from the college also.

It is compolsary to go in first round counsseling in comedk or direct go to second round

No it is never compulsory to sit in a round of counseling but since registrations for counseling is done before the first round students prefer to sit in all the rounds starting from. The first one. You can check if you can still register for counseling for that particular college
