Sorry to say this that you can't get seat in top 10 colleges. Because of not good rank and because of general category.

But you have good chance to get seat in other colleges in Karnataka.

You will get all the college except the top 3. there are chances in top 3 also but quite less and the chance depends in various situations that effect the cutoffs and closing ranks.
