Hello Saloni, as per as the official notification from COMEDK, there is no such given exact dates for Regristration for councelling in COMEDK 2019. But as per official notification, it is going to held in the third week to fourth week of July this year.

Yes you can apply for more than one state counseling in India. There is no limit to the number of counseling. Fulfilling the eligibility criteria you may claim for multiple seats in the state quota .
