You have to wait till first week of august as far as i know. Though the date is not fixed. I would suggest, have an alternative till you wait for the extended round because counselling processes are quite unpredictable, even if you are 100% sure about your seat.

Sheeba, it seems a little difficult for you to get admission in ECE branch in Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology

& Management, Bangalore through COMEDK. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. The branch closes for admission at 13k. 

Though, you can very easily take admission

Both the colleges you have mentioned are good. BMSIT and MVIT are NAAC "A" grade accredited colleges and affiliated to VTU University approved by AICTE delhi. Also both colleges have good faculty in Civil. According to me you should go for BMSIT due to the projects and research

The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges, Karnataka has released the counselling schedule on June 15, 2019 at its official website i.e. comedk.org. As per the notification, the counselling will be held from July 1 to 13, 2019 in offline mode.

Yes! You can do MBBS or BDS through COMEDK(Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka).

You will need to have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your Board exams. Also, you will need to have 50% in the 3 subjects together.
