Hello Devesh, No, if you have not attended the first round of counseling, you can register directly for the 2nd round. If you have not registered in the round 1, then the seats are allotted to all the candidates who are registered and upgrading to round 2 is done only

• Candidate should report at the centre of COMEDK UGET'19 counselling along with their at least one parent/ guardian and documents required.
  
• Candidates have to visit the check-in counter as per the announcement of rank and should produce the documents as requested to enter
