Comedk counselling start in the beginning of last week of June i.e. the first round.

The second round is held in 3rd week of July.

Not sure about the extended second round , but mostly in the last week of July itself.

Congrats on your COMEDK rank. Based on previous year closing rank and other factors. Yes, you do have chance to get Computer Science Engineering in Reva University, Bangalore during second round. 

But the chances of getting Computer Science Engineering in Dayanand Sagar University is low.

The closing rank for CSE in PES college was 56816 last year . So you have very high chances of getting there. Other than that , according to last year cutoods you will also get CSE at MS engineering  college, at days and Sagar university and many other colleges.
