yes you can give comedk exam and get admission in government colleges of karnataka. see every colleges has some seats reserve for non local candidates, but cutoff gets really high on that quota.

Yes money will he refunded!

When you attend 1st round of counselling in comedk you give a dd of 55,000/-

On applying for refund they will return 50,000 and deduct 5,000 from it
