    Hey Priyanshu:)

    If you don't get a seat in round 1 and 2 and then get alloted in round 3 but choose not to accept it you won't be penalized,but you won't be able to participate in the round 4 either. Basically, Skipping the seat means you exit the councelling

    Sorry, but you can't do that. If you opted for "accept & upgrade" in the previous round, it means you are obligated to join the allotted college. If you are allotted in round 3, you have to get admission to this college. It's mandatory for you to get admission

    If you accept the seat in Round 1 and choose the "Accept and Upgrade" option, you're eligible for upgradation in Round 2. If you again choose "Accept and Upgrade" in Round 2, you will be eligible for Round 3 upgradation.

    Yes, if you chose the “Reject and Upgrade” option in Round 1 and are allotted a seat in Round 2, you can reject that seat and apply for withdrawal.
