Hope you are doing great. Three rounds of counselling are scheduled for COMEDK UGET 2022. The counselling process entails a number of steps, including registration, payment of fees, selection of options, assignment, reporting to the assigned college, etc. Every qualified applicant is required to take part in the counselling process.

After all regular rounds of counselling are finished, there will be an exclusive round of COMEDK counselling for candidates who passed the PU Board supplementary exam or the 10+2 exam for the remaining seats. After all rounds of regular counselling are finished, candidates who successfully completed the Supplementary Exam during the current academic year will be given the opportunity to participate in the exclusive round of counselling for any open seats.

COMEDK UGET 2022 Counselling registration already completed on July 19 to August 12, 2022. COMEDK round 1 seat allotment result will be released on August 30, 2022 and Decision Making/Confirmation of choice on allotted seat and Fee payment online will be on August 30 to September 2, 2022.

Well there are a few key points that you should remember while doing COMEDK or any other choice filling.

1> First and fore most is have complete knowledge of your choice, if you are filling some college or a particular course then you MUST have some idea about what it is

2> Fill as many choices as you can, there simply is no harm in filling choices which you think are not so desirable, I mean you can just drop that seat if you don't want that in the end, but in counselling you should be filling maximum choices

3> Third and perhaps the MOST IMPORTANT one- FILL IT STRICTLY IN PRIORITY ORDER, many students every year make this mistake, that they fill a less desirable choice over more desirable one, just because they think they are not going to get that one any way, and then they end up getting that branch...

If you are gettting CSE in Comedk colleges. As you might be aware of the fact that, CSE is in very much demand nowadays, so you should consider CSE over Metallurgy. Metallurgy has less scope as compared to CSE. But if you are ready to do coding while managing your own branch, go for NITs. If you work hard and become a competent coder, your branch won't hold you back. Even if you don't get placed in campus placement, you can go for off-campus placements and show your skills over there. There are high chances that you can also get placed in a good company on campus. Maintain a decent CGPA and become a good coder. In my opinion, you should go for NITs if you are not getting CSE in top 5 Comedk Colleges. However, some people might not agree with my opinion. But, according to me, it is a good option.

exclusive round in Comedk is it is an extra round conducted in the counselling process of comedk after the completion of all rounds.

The exclusive round is applicable for the students who had cleared their exams in supplementary board exams in the year they currently pursuing. The candidates whose document verification is approved and not allotted seat in any college are eligible to attend the exclusive round.

other than this, the students who opted for accept and freeze in round three and allotted general merit seat are also eligible to participate in the exclusive round.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has commenced the COMEDK UGET 2022 counselling on July 19. Candidates can register online for COMEDK counselling 2022 till August 12. You can still apply for counselling as today is the last date. but after that you will not be able to register.
