CG PET Application cum Option Form

Bank Challan (board’s copy) for registration fees

Metric and Intermediate mark sheet

Intermediate mark sheet

Domicile certificate

Residence Certificate

Freedom fighter certificate (if required)

Category certificate (if applicable)

Physically Handicapped certificate (if required)

2 Passport size photograph

If you are belongs to general category then there is a less chance of getting RCET rungta college as compared to sc category. But you have to wait till the last counseling there is much chances of getting civil branch.last year some of my friends get a civil branch in RCET rungta.some of them are not able to get good rank but they get a civil branch.

I got 775 rank in cgpet 2018... Actually I am so confused between electrical and cs branch Can u suggest a good branch between them...?

First criteria for branch choice should be that which branch interests you more.

As for industry,both branches are good.

CSE has a lot of scope both in terms of job opportunities as well as your post graduation.It is the most sought after branch today,so you would be keeping up with the trend if you choose it.

As for electrical,it has good opportunities for government jobs and you can also do software jobs as most if not all IT companies allow electrical branch students to sit for recruitment process.

As such,both branches are very good,just choose one and give it your all.
