Yes of course. In CG-PET you can apply if you haven't received your result yet but at the time of your admission you need to submit the Marksheet's copy in your college.
As of now, you can apply in CG-PET and appear for the exam.

Sorry to inform you that you cannot apply for CG PET exam, 2019. To apply for CG PET exam physics and mathematics are compulsory subject.
It is a state level entrance exam conducted to grant admission into Bachelor’s level Engineering courses such as Dairy Technology and Agriculture Engineering. Candidates who have given JEE Main can also apply and take admission in B.E. courses, however, this is only applicable for the ones who are not domicile of Chattisgarh.There are 3 courses that are offered. The eligibility criteria for different courses are given below:
For Engineering:
Candidates must have cleared 12th grade from school affiliated to Chhattisgarh or equivalent board.
The student must qualify in Physics, chemistry, mathematics and one of the technical vocational subjects in the qualifying exam.
Minimum marks for the general category is 45% an40% for reserved category(SC/ST/OBC/PH)
For Agricultural Engineering:
Candidates must be above 16 years of age on 31st December of admission year.
He/she must have cleared 12th grade from school affiliated to Chhattisgarh or equivalent board.
Minimum marks for the general category is 50%(PCM+ English) an40% for reserved category(SC/ST/OBC/PH)
Candidates appearing for final exams are also eligible to apply for the exam.
For Dairy Technology:
Candidate must be above 17 years of age on 31st December 2019
·Applicant must have cleared 12th grade from school affiliated to Chhattisgarh or equivalent board.

Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test or CG PET 2019 will be conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) on May 2 in offline mode for admission to B. Tech programmes. Following are the details regarding exam pattern, questions, and syllabus.
CG PET PATTERN
• Duration of the exam- 3 hours
• Mode of Exam- Offline (pen and paper based)
• The paper will be divided into 3 sections- physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
1.Physics section:
• No. of question – 50
• Weightage- 50 marks (i.e. 1 question carries 1 mark)
2.Chemistry section:

Therefore, the total questions in the exam will be 150 carrying 150 marks.

I think above 90 marks in CGPET and above 110 in JEE you will definitely get BIT durg(for GEN) with cs branch. But I suggest to move into another state colleges,they will be more good.

The application form will be starting from 4th week of March 2019.
Last date to apply and pay fees will be 3rd week of April .
Exam will lbe on 2nd week of May 2019

hello richa, there is no application fee for kiit and for cg pet there are different fees depending on gender and caste. the fees start from 100 to 200 only.
