Through the CGPET, there is only one college you can apply to for Dairy Technology, which is the College of Dairy Science and Food Technology, Raipur. However, for this course, there an only 69 seats available, hence it may be tough to secure a seat for this course.

No, the opening and closing ranks for shankaracharya university were 216 and 1260 respectively for the previous years. You can try other branches. If you have given other exams you can keep your options cause most probably you wont get here.

Cutoff in Electrical or Mechanical at BIT Durg is quiet similar. For getting Electrical or Mechanical in BIT Durg, you have to score near 100 in JEE Mains 2019. I hope you've scored so, so far your percentile seems so. Yes you can expect to get the same.

You haven't mentioned that what course you are willing to chose. But according to PET examination, it is Preliminary English Test. Yes, you can try in Government college in Bilaspur and DURG. Based o your caste that is SC, you can easily get an admission in Governmet College.
