You haven't mentioned that what course you are willing to chose. But according to PET examination, it is Preliminary English Test. Yes, you can try in Government college in Bilaspur and DURG. Based o your caste that is SC, you can easily get an admission in Governmet College.

According to my knowledge Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT) Durg do accept CGPET but it doesn't allow admission separately for female which means it doesn't have a separate cutoff trends for female aspirants. For CG PET, once you have confirmed seat allotment after first round you may not have to visit the reporting center DVC/GEC Raipur. However if you have been given seat and the present round of allotment is done you need to get admission (if you dont want to opt for improvement). Many colleges have Electrical Engineering as a discipline for the BTech four year degree programme. Some colleges have EEE or Electrical and Electronics Engineering as a discipline. But certain IITs like Bombay and Delhi have name Electrical Engineering instead of EEE.
