    You have a decent rank in BCECE( UGEAC ) and according to your BC rank i don't think you should have any problem in getting MIT muzfferpur or Bhagalpur. See the chances are slim but you can totally get it. The trends change every year so be hopeful.

    Your percentage is not so fine hope you are willing yo admit that. Since score play a major role in allotments of seat so you won't be getting good government colleges however you can try for home state college as there are aome reservation for home state quota as well
