The list has been released today . You can check it out on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. You can visit the official site. If you qualify tge test you have To complete the registration and choice filling process for the first round of counselling.

No, for BCECE only students who gave their 12th from Bihar are eligible. Since BCECE is a state level exam, state students are only privileged for taking the exam according to criterias mentioned on official website. Check in the state you gave 12th boards if they have their own exam.
