I am sorry to say but the closing of all the branches in Bhagalpur BCECE, usually closes under 1000 for general rank. Do not loose hope. You may get better colleges. If you want you can ttry for the counsellings. All the very best.

The various courses offered by BCECE in 2019 are - 

Engineering & Dairy Technology in PCM.

Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Veterinary, Lab Technician, OT Assistant, X-Ray Technician, Ophthalmic Assistant, Orthotics and Prosthetics in PCB.

Besides this, there are courses in agriculture and gardening if you have agriculture with PCM/PCB.
