As all the rank mentioned by you are the decent one but as you also know that only on the basis of rank a college or a course cannot be predicted but definitely if you have any priorities you should go with that only and also you should keep more options of colleges so that it increases your chance of getting seat in any of the colleges and finally a proper research of a particular college in which you are interested is very important.

Hi, the chances of getting a seat in government college with this rank is very slim. You can apply for private colleges and then apply for a scholarship fir the same.
